The Bulletproof UD composite fabric made of UHMWPE fiber. The specially formulated base material and 2-12 piles of unidirectional fiber flakes are 90°orthogonally arranged to be compositely processed with resin matrix by a specific process, presenting as a white fiber sheet.
The UD fabric can be directly multi-piled into soft bulletproof material, which further subjected to hot pressing can form hard bulletproof elements.Usually one roll is 1.6m*150m, or as optional.
